Stephanie had been renting in downtown Raleigh for years and when her lease was up she decided it was finally time to buy. She had been eyeing a specific building in downtown with a rooftop pool for a while and when she saw a one-bedroom for sale on Zillow she decided to go for it.
Her decorating style is a mix of mid-century modern and scandinavian. The gallery wall is a personal collection of photos she’s collected over many years. Stephanie’s furniture includes pieces from her grandmother like the couch, although she did have it reupholstered. She also found unique pieces from Craigslist.
Stephanie works as a product owner in the financial services industry. Her company has an office in downtown Raleigh but she often works from home. And who can blame her with the awesome amenities in her building.
HOA dues for this building are about $495 per month which includes: clubhouse, garbage pickup, water, and a 24/7 a door attendant to monitor guests and help with package receiving.
