Hey everyone! I’m Megan, aka MagnoliaMegan, and I am on a journey to share with you new places and my favorite spots around the Raleigh area to visit each month! I want to help you discover new local spots to try each month and inspire you to explore more of the Triangle area!

Here are a few of my top places I visited during the month of July so you can visit this month.

Fount Coffee + Kitchen – Morrisville

I’m always searching for the best coffee shops in the area and I came across Fount Coffee + Kitchen! They have delicious coffee drinks and the best Chai Latte ever! If you are looking for gluten-free options as well, their menu is all gluten-free.

The inside of the shop is so aesthetically pleasing and there is an outdoor patio. It’s a pretty popular place so expect there to be a line!

Rose Garden – Raleigh

Next up for one of my favorite places I visited during the month of July is Raleigh’s Rose Garden! This cute little park is free to the public and a great place to bring your coffee or have a picnic!

This park is such a cute hidden gem and is so well kept. I love seeing all of the beautiful roses and there is a little fountain with Lilly flowers!

Dogs are also allowed and it’s a great spot for photos as well. Be sure to check out this hidden gem!

Highgarden Rooftop – Raleigh

Looking for some really cool spots to visit during the weekend? This spot has amazing views and also amazing drinks! Enjoy a cocktail with a great view of Raleigh from this rooftop bar.

It’s a great spot to bring friends, go on a date, and get some really neat photos when you visit at sunset!

Vivace – Raleigh North Hills

Next up is a delicious Italian restaurant called Vivace! Located in North Hills, they have Italian fine dining in a rustic setting with an outdoor patio.

It’s a perfect date night idea and they make their pastas in-house. I highly recommend the Gnocchi, it’s probably the best I’ve ever had!

They also make their own Limoncello and it tastes amazing in their cocktails! You can also try it on its own but just warning you – it is VERY strong!

Cultivate Coffee Roasters – Fuquay

Last is another cute coffee shop but it’s located outside of the triangle area in Fuquay-Varina. It is definitely worth the short drive outside of Raleigh because they have delicious coffee drinks!

Cultivate Coffee Roasters has fresh roasted coffee and unique house-made syrups! If a coffee shop has house-made syrups I always recommend trying them because they are always so good. I tried their honey lavender iced coffee and if you aren’t a coffee drinker they also have a raspberry iced tea with house-made mint syrup and it was delicious!

This coffee shop is so cute and a great reason to visit the Fuquay-Varina area!

I hope you are inspired to check out these places around the Raleigh area and try something new! Stay tuned for next month with a new recap of my top favorites for the month!

Sincerely,

Magnolia Megan
