Oh, My Gourd! It’s Pumpkin Spice Time…

Are you crazy about pumpkin spice? With Fall upon us, that means you’ll be seeing this popular ingredient on menus. While you can always count on Starbucks’ Pumpkin Spice Latte we’ve rounded up some specialties you can enjoy at local Raleigh and Durham establishments.

Check out Raleigh’s first cat cafe! To celebrate the Fall season, Purr Cup Cafe in Raleigh is serving pumpkin spice lattes and pumpkin chai lattes. These are available hot or iced. They also have some fun seasonal beers in.

The Harvest Latte is available at Cocoa Cinnamon in Durham and Chapel Hill, like all pumpkin spice interpretations, is meant to elicit comfort through its warming spice infusion while alluding to the procession of seasons and nature.

Pine State Coffee in Raleigh has a brand spanking new PSPS “Pumpkin Spice” (pine state party squad, aka PS3) latte. The pumpkin sauce is made in-house.

We had to round out this list with a sweet treat. Check out this seasonal delight found at Andia‚Äôs Homemade Ice Cream. This blended coffee drink is made with French vanilla ice cream, cold brew, caramel, pumpkin, and pumpkin spice! They rim it with crushed Biscoff cookies and top it with a couple more because you can never have too many
